System-level Consultation:
Dr. Kruh currently serves as the Director of Juvenile Competency Services at the National Youth Screening and Assessment Partners (NYSAP), providing technical assistance to competency evaluation and competency remediation service delivery systems. Additionally, he has offered consultation to support efforts to improve the quality of juvenile forensic mental health practices, including the Macarthur Foundation Research Network on Adolescent Development and Juvenile Justice, the Utah Department of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Forensic Evaluator Program, the University of Connecticut Department of Psychiatry, the Connecticut Court Support Services Division, and the Oregon Health Authority Forensic Evaluator Certification. He is available to provide professional consultation to forensic mental health programs nationally and internationally.

Dr. Kruh is available to provide second opinion reviews of juvenile forensic mental health evaluations and reports. He also provides non-evaluating expert testimony on issues related to forensic mental health practice standards, juvenile offending, and evidence-based intervention services for juvenile offenders.
